- Fully Loaded (full gym)
- Minimal Equipment (dumbbells and bands)
- No Equipment (bodyweight only)

NUTRITION GUIDE

My fully developed nutrition guide to help you customize your nutrition to be the most effective it can be along the way.


This will include options ranging from very precise (macro targets/goals) to looser options (portion and meal templates).


Along with this, you will be able to use the support group and weekly chats to ask any personal questions regarding your nutrition plan.
