A BIT ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Chris, I'm a dad to 3 kids, a husband, a son, a brother. I'm also a meggings enthusiast and rock them every workout. I have well over 10 pairs.
I am also a coach, trainer, and massage therapist and have been for over 14 years. I use my knowledge and expertise to guide every one that I work with on their journey towards a better life.
That could mean getting stronger, losing weight, moving better, or getting out of pain.
My journey started back in high school, wanting to be a physical therapist, and having a love for track and field. Various injuries led me down different paths, and I found myself where I am today.
Change is hard and it's less about beating yourself up and more about empowering you to find solutions that work FOR YOU.
Each person I work with is on their own journey. Getting there will be personal and the programs reflect that individualization.
I believe that in finding the exercises and habits you enjoy, you are more likely to do them and stick with them.
